The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) wishes to remind the general public, that the FSA issued a notice on 23^rd June 2022 pertaining to the revocation of the Securities Dealer Licence (SD016) of LBLV Ltd and Securities Dealer Representative Licence (SDR054) of Mr. Josphat Ngundo Muriuki in accordance with section 29(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, effective June 14^th, 2022.

Kindly be advised that the FSA has reasons to believe that the website of LBLV Ltd “www.lblv.com”  is still live and that LBLV Ltd is dealing in Securities without a license issued by the FSA, contrarily to what is being stated on LBLV Ltd’s website.

In light of the above, the FSA wishes to reiterate that it shall not be responsible for any losses or any matters that may arise should investors or members of the general public wishes to enter or maintain a client relationship with LBLV Ltd.

The Financial Services Authority, hereby informs the public, that Legacy Trust Company Limited, having its registered address at Legacy Trust Company Limited, Suite 103, Premier Building, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles has surrendered its Trustee Services and International Corporate Services Licenses pursuant to section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”) effective July 1st, 2022.

Pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the FSA Act, the public is hereby notified that the company Legacy Trust Company Limited no longer holds a Trustee Services and an International Corporate Services licenses (No. TS031 and ICS073).

All parties concerned kindly contact the FSA, until informed otherwise, in respect to records of trusts that were under the administration of Legacy Trust Company Limited at the time of the surrender.
