An application for a licence shall be made to the FSA accompanied by the relevant Application Form, application fee and other relevant documents. The application forms and application guidelines for the different licences are available on the FSA’s website at THIS link. 

The applicant shall follow the instructions provided in the application form and ensure that the application submitted has been completed in full. Failure to disclose and submit all necessary information may lead to the FSA rejecting the application.
