Pursuant to section 42 of the Virtual Asset Services Providers Act, 2024 (“the Act”) entities with a discernible nexus to the Seychelles that were in operation prior to the enactment of the Act (i.e. 1st September 2024) was granted a transitional period which ended 31st December 2024, where they must submit a complete application for a licence to the Financial Services Authority in order to continue operating as a Virtual Asset Service Provider.
The below list of entities has successfully submitted a complete application to the Authority and is now in the assessment stage. They are permitted to continue operate until such time the Authority makes a determination as to the status of the application.
