Should you have reasonable suspicion or belief that you have engaged or partook in the services of an entity which is claiming to be licensed or registered by or in the Seychelles please complete the below form.

By completing and submitting this form, you will be assisting the Financial Services Authority in ensuring that any unlicensed or unauthorised activities are effectively addressed.

 Note: The Financial Services Authority is responsible for the licensing, regulation and supervision of Virtual Asset Services Providers operating in or from the Seychelles. If you have a complaint against an entity licensed or authorised, please submit your complaint here.
