This notice is hereby issued by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") in discharging its function pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2003 in relation to the website https://commercialregister.sc/ operated by the international business company Commercialregister LTD (IBC No. 242246).

The FSA has become aware, through publicly available information, that Commercialregister LTD is making the unauthorized use of the Seychelles Coat of Arms and the FSA logo on the referenced website. The FSA believes that this is giving the inaccurate impression that Commercialregister LTD is an official governmental body of Seychelles.

The FSA hereby informs the public that Commercialregister LTD is not a Seychelles governmental body, is not affiliated with the Government of Seychelles, and holds no authority to use any official logos, images and templates featured on its website. Furthermore, the FSA wishes to call attention that several information presented on the aforementioned website is inaccurate and misleading.

Accordingly, the FSA strongly urges investors and members of the public to exercise caution when dealing with or considering any services offered by Commercialregister LTD or its associated website.

This notice is hereby issued by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) drawing attention to the website https://hugosway.com/ allegedly operated by Hugo’s Way previously incorporated under the International Business Companies Act. The FSA wishes to advise the public as to the fact that the company does not, nor has it had any authorisation to operate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 and the Securities Act, 2007 (as amended).

The company has since been struck off and was dissolved as of the 1st of April 2025 and therefore no longer a legal entity.

The FSA Seychelles urges investors and members of the public to exercise due diligence, conducting thorough research and evaluation of any entity, service provider, or representative before engaging in business or performing any transactions involving money transfers or the exchange of personal information. The FSA reminds the public that the FSA shall not be liable should persons continue to engage or maintain client relationship, or make use of services provided with or by the aforementioned website.

The company has since been struck off and was dissolved as of the 1^st January 2022, and is therefore no longer a legal entity registered or incorporated in the Seychelles.
