The Financial Services Authority hereby issues this public statement, in line with section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 to notify the public that the Virtual Asset Service Providers Application submitted by Peken Global Limited trading as Ku Coin for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) Act, 2024 (“the Act”), has been rejected  effective as of the 4^th June 2025. The company was formally instructed to cease all operations immediately or migrate its services out of the jurisdiction.

The public is hereby advised as to Peken Global Limited having opted to migrate its service offering outside of the Seychelles, and has successfully redomiciled.

The Financial Services Authority hereby issues this public statement, in line with section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 to notify the public that the Virtual Asset Service Providers Application submitted by BTSE Holding Limited trading as BTSE for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) Act, 2024 (“the Act”), on the 31st December 2024 rejected as of 24th July 2025. The company was formally instructed to cease all operations immediately or migrate its services out of the jurisdiction.

BTSE Holding Limited has since informed the Authority of its acquisition by BTSE GLOBAL LIMITED SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA a company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Effective the 2nd July 2025 all present day users serviced by BTSE Holding Limited are migrated to the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica.

It has come to the attention of the FSA, through information available in the public domain, that Coral Trust Services, via its website https://www.coraltrustseychelles.com/, appears to be promoting licensable services under the International Corporate Services Act (“ICSP Act”) without holding such licenses.

The FSA hereby informs the public that Coral Trust Services does not hold any licenses issued by the FSA to undertake such type of activity in or from within Seychelles. The entity has never been granted any license under the ICSP Act, or any other regulatory legislation administered by the FSA.

Accordingly, the FSA strongly urges investors and members of the public to exercise caution when dealing with or considering any services offered by Coral Trust Services or its associated website.

Notice for Withdrawal of Application for Virtual Asset Service Providers Licence by WOT Global Solutions Ltd

The Financial Services Authority hereby issues this public statement, in line with section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 to notify the public that the Virtual Asset Service Providers Application submitted by WOT Global Solutions Ltd on 31^st December 2024 for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) Act, 2024 (“the Act”), has been voluntarily withdrawn effective 15th April 2025. The company was formally instructed to cease all virtual asset related services operations immediately undertaken in or from the Seychelles where relevant.
