This notice is hereby issued by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) in accordance with its powers to issue public statements, as awarded by section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013.
The FSA would like to inform the public and all persons as to the following website https://amazonbetting.com that Amazon Betting Limited is not licensed by the FSA to conduct interactive gambling services (online live casino and slot games) in and/or from within the Seychelles.
The FSA Seychelles urges members of the public to exercise caution if partaking in any unlicensed Interactive Gambling services or products being offered by the aforementioned company. The FSA reminds same that the Authority is not responsible should persons continue to utilize services or products provided by the aforementioned company. If consumers engage the services of any Gambling company not licensed by the FSA, they are not protected under the Seychelles Gambling Act which govern such entities licensed in the Seychelles.
