This notice is issued by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) drawing attention to the following website https://royal-assist.com and the fact that this website is linked to Royal Assist Private Limited which claims to be providing medical insurance business solutions. The FSA would like to advise consumers that Royal Assist Private Limited is not licensed by the FSA to conduct insurance business in and/or from within the Seychelles.
The FSA Seychelles urges members of the public to exercise extreme caution in respect of this company and any services or products being offered. The FSA reminds same that the Authority is not responsible should persons continue or maintain client relationships or utilise services provided with or by the aforementioned company. If consumers engage the services of any insurance company not licensed by the FSA, they are not protected under the Insurance Act and the regulations which govern entities licensed in the Seychelles.
