The Financial Services Authority (“FSA/Authority”) hereby gives notice to the general public, pursuant Section 4(1)(m) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”), that the Private Fund Licence of Bontello Fund Limited has been revoked as per the requirements of Section 29(1) of the FSA Act, effective January 9th, 2026.
