This notice is issued by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) .The FSA would like to advise consumers that Virtual Insurance Brokers (Pty) Limited is no longer licensed by the FSA to conduct insurance broker business in and/or from within the Seychelles.
The FSA reminds members of the public that the Authority is not responsible should persons continue or maintain client relationships or utilise services provided with or by the aforementioned company. If consumers engage the services of any insurance brokers not licensed by the FSA, they are not protected under the Insurance Act and the regulations which govern entities licensed in the Seychelles.
