Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Virtual Asset Service Providers Licence by Stratos Tech Limited T/A Tradu
The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) hereby issues this public statement, in line with section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, to notify the public that the Virtual Asset Service Providers licence application submitted by Stratos Tech Limited trading as ‘Tradu’, (“the Company”) on 23rd December 2024 for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 (“the VASP Act”), has been voluntarily withdrawn effective 5th October 2026.
The Company ceased servicing retail clients as of the 31st December 2025, with total cessation of institutional client(s) having taken effect on the 9th October 2026.
