The Financial Services Authority hereby issues this public statement, in line with section 28 of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, to notify the public that the Virtual Asset Service Providers Application submitted by Greenline Enterprise Limited T/A Greenline for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 (“the VASP Act”), has been rejected effective as of the 14th August 2025. Following the rejection, the company was formally instructed to cease all operations immediately or migrate its services out of the jurisdiction.
Any virtual asset-related services undertaken or offered by Greenline Enterprise passed the 14th August 2025 amount to a breach of the VASP Act.
Where persons have engaged, or continue to engage, in such services offered by the Company, consumer protection measures may not be available. Any decision to use or participate in such services is made entirely at the user’s own risk.
