Public Notice-Surrender of Professional Fund Licenses
Pursuant to section 4 (1) (m) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (the “FSA Act”), the general public is hereby informed, that in line with section 30 of the FSA Act the following entities have surrendered their Professional Fund licenses previously held with the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”):
- Aston Fund Ltd- Licence No. PFB008
- Ebene Stone Ltd- Licence No. PFB006
- Ganesh International Fund Ltd- Licence No. PFB009
- Hibonite Fund Ltd- Licence No. PFB006
Effective March 2nd, 2022, the FSA hereby advises the general public that these entities no longer holds a license with the FSA.
