The Financial Services Authority, hereby informs the public, that Legacy Trust Company Limited, having its registered address at Legacy Trust Company Limited, Suite 103, Premier Building, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles has surrendered its Trustee Services and International Corporate Services Licenses pursuant to section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”) effective July 1st, 2022.
Pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the FSA Act, the public is hereby notified that the company Legacy Trust Company Limited no longer holds a Trustee Services and an International Corporate Services licenses (No. TS031 and ICS073).
All parties concerned kindly contact the FSA, until informed otherwise, in respect to records of trusts that were under the administration of Legacy Trust Company Limited at the time of the surrender.
