The Financial Services Authority, hereby informs the public, that Access Financial Solutions LTD, having its registered address at Access Financial Solutions LTD, 1st Floor Allied Plaza, Francis Rachel Street, P.O. Box 1289, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles has surrendered its International Trustee Services licence pursuant to section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”) effective March 4th, 2022.
Pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the FSA Act, the public is hereby notified that the company Access Financial Solutions LTD no longer holds an International Trustee Services licence (No. ITS014).
All parties concerned kindly contact the FSA, until informed otherwise, in respect to records of trusts that were under the administration of Access Financial Solutions LTD at the time of the surrender.
