The Financial Services Authority, hereby informs the public, that Aarrow Corporate Services Ltd, having its registered address at Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited Unit 1, Stevenson Delhomme Suites, Le Chantier, Mont Fleuri Victoria, Mahe Seychelles has surrendered its International Corporate Services Licence pursuant to Section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”) effective October 29th, 2021.
Pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the FSA Act, the public is hereby notified that the company Aarrow Corporate Services Ltd no longer holds an International Corporate Services Licence No. ICS 090.
All parties concerned kindly contact the FSA, until informed otherwise, in respect to records of specified entities that were under the administration of Aarrow Corporate Services Ltd at the time of the surrender.
