Surrender of Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited’s International Corporate Services Licence
The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”), hereby informs the public that Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited, having its registered address at Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited 1st Floor, #4 DEKK House, De Zippora Street, Providence Industrial Estate, P.O. Box 505, Mahe, Seychelles has surrendered its International Corporate Services Licence pursuant to Section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013 (“FSA Act”) effective October 28th, 2021.
Pursuant to section 4(1)(m) of the FSA Act, the public is hereby notified that the company Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited no longer holds an International Corporate Services Licence No. ICS 056.
All parties concerned kindly contact the FSA, until informed otherwise, in respect to records of specified entities that were under the administration of Sovereign Trust (Seychelles) Limited at the time of the surrender.
