Mr. Randolf Samson has over 10 years experience within the field of non-bank financial services regulation within the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, UK. In a career spanning 15 years within the regulator itself, Mr. Samson has held various Senior positions within the Fiduciary Supervision, Authorisations, Registry and Capital Markets and Collective Investment Schemes Supervision Sections. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of the FSA, Mr. Samson was occupying the post of Director of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism section within the FSA, a post he has served since 2021.
