Jean-Claude has over 10 years’ experience in the field of Information Systems. Prior to joining the FSA, he held a post of IT manager at Mayfair Trust Group Limited in Seychelles. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in China, a City and Guilds Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Cambridge university and is also a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator. As the Manager of the Information Systems section, he ensures that the IT systems are always operational and up to date.

Information Technology Section

The responsibility of the Information Technology Section is to provide technological support to the different sections within the FSA through the establishment of international standards and to safeguard the Information Technology infrastructure of the FSA. The section assesses the technological requirements of the organisation and in collaboration with management, finds new ways in which the organisation can build a competitive advantage by introducing Information Technology in the daily operations to make it more efficient.
