Mr. Thesée was appointed as the CEO of FSA in May 2021 and has over 17 years of extensive experience in the field of accounting, finance, public financial management, policy formulation and budget planning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Social Studies: Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester and a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Strategy from the Institute of Public Administration in Ireland. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of FSA, Mr. Thesée was occupying the post of Principal Secretary at the Ministry of Finance.
