Facilities & Logistics Section
Job Purpose: To undertake cleaning of the establishment to ensure a comprehensive cleaning service is provided that are conducive to a healthy environment within FSA Administration block and rented properties.
Summary of Duties:
- Sweep and clean all offices assigned.
- Empty all office bins and dust office furniture including equipment e.g: phones, computers.
- Mop assigned areas especially kitchen and staircase.
- Clean utilities.
- Wipe and dust all windows, including window borders (except in areas which cannot be reached).
- Clean main entrance and reception glass doors twice a day.
- Prepare tea for staff and visitors And serve tea and refreshments in meetings.
- Make and serve tea to all staff during tea break.
- Identify and report needed repair of assets:
- Ensure that all utensils and office cutleries are washed before leaving for the day; and
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Secondary level of education; or
- Secondary level of education and 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.
Salary:
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
